The questions we get most.

The jacket

Is it unisex? Yes. The cut is boxy with a dropped shoulder and works on everyone. Check the size guide for flat measurements.

Are the buttons real knots? Yes. Each of the five pankou buttons is hand-knotted from fabric cord and stitched on. They’re functional, not decorative.

Is it warm? It’s a light quilted jacket, comfortable from about 45°F to 65°F. Layer a hoodie underneath for colder nights.

Will you make more colors? Probably. Sign up for the newsletter and you’ll hear first.

Orders and shipping

How fast does it ship? Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day ship the same day from Los Angeles. Delivery is 2–5 business days in the contiguous US.

Do you ship outside the US? Not yet.

Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, until it ships. Email hello@ogstoreco.com with your order number.

Where’s my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn’t moved in 5 business days, write to us and we’ll chase it.

Returns

What if the size is wrong? Free exchange within 30 days. We email you a prepaid label and ship the new size when the carrier scans your return.

How long do refunds take? 5–7 business days after the return reaches our studio, back to your original payment method.

Payment

What can I pay with? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Is sales tax included? Sales tax is added at payment where your state requires it.
