Who we are

What we collect and why
- Order information (name, shipping address, email, phone): to fulfill and ship your order, handle returns and answer your questions.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment provider. OG Store never sees or stores full card numbers.
- Newsletter email: to send you news and offers if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Contact form details: to reply to your message.
- Browsing data (cookies and identifiers): to measure how the site is used and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), with your consent through our cookie notice.
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. that lets us measure the effectiveness of our ads and build audiences. The pixel collects information about the pages you visit and the actions you take (for example viewing the jacket, adding it to your cart or starting checkout). You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings and decline these cookies in our cookie notice.
Who we share data with
Shipping carriers to deliver your order, our payment provider to process payment, our email provider to send the newsletter, and Meta for the advertising measurement described above. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order information for as long as required by tax and consumer law. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages for up to one year after we resolve your request. Browsing data for the periods listed in our cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing, by emailing hello@ogstoreco.com.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information; the Meta Pixel described above may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of by declining cookies in our notice or emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed.
