Orders placed before 2pm PT Monday–Friday ship the same day from our studio in Los Angeles. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on US holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned, and the carrier will text you on delivery day if you gave us a phone number.
Packaging
The jacket ships folded in a dust bag inside a rigid mailer. If it arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the jacket and email us within 48 hours; we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
International
We currently ship within the United States only. Leave your email in the newsletter and we’ll let you know when we open other countries.
Quick answers
Can I change my address after ordering? Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Email hello@ogstoreco.com with your order number.
Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is added at payment where required by your state.
Can I pick up in LA? Not yet. We’re online only for now.
