Products

OG Store sells its own apparel, currently the Disc Button Tang Jacket in three colorways. Photos are for illustration; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and hand-knotted buttons may show small differences from piece to piece.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and added at payment where required by your state. Shipping within the US is free. Payment is processed by our payment provider by card, PayPal or Apple Pay; OG Store does not store card details. Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, on the terms described on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange the jacket within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, under the conditions on our returns page. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and code on this site belong to OG Store or are used under license and may not be reproduced without permission. OG Store is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any sportswear company or other brand; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OG Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
